Summer time is officially upon us and that puts us in the mood for tropical flavors, cool treats, and fun in the sun.
When we found out July 10th was National Pina Colada Day, we knew we had to come up with a Keto-fied recipe to celebrate! We turned our Keto pina colada cocktail into a family friendly popsicle kids and adults will love. It’s easy to whip up and even easier to devour! It's the perfect summer treat!
Steps
- Mix all ingredients in a blender until combined and smooth.
- Pour mixture into popsicle molds and insert popsicle sticks.
- Place molds in freezer and allow to freeze completely (roughly 6 hours).
- Enjoy your ice cold summer treat!
