Most of the snacks you’ll find in Keto Krate cannot be found in your local stores. Even if you were to buy them all online you would really rack up shipping charges. Finally, it’s just a heck of a lot of fun to get surprise keto snacks in the mail every month.

I have a problem with my order
There are some broken products in my Krate
If you're having Krate problems I feel bad for you son, I've got 99 problems but a Krate ain't one!!
Having said that, we will take care of ya :)
We do our best to provide exceptional service, yet some factors like shipping and handling, or an occasional packaging malfunction do happen from time to time. We will be happy to make things right!

If possible please include a photo of the broken/damaged item(s) you received. We ask for the photos to share with the manufacturers and shipping partners to help them improve the product packaging and delivery.
We'll get back to you within 24 hours but generally much sooner ;) Unless it is a weekend, that's when we are hunting down new keto snacks in the ketosphere!
My Krate is missing one or more products
Sometimes our products try to dodge, duck, dip dive and dodge while they are on the production line. We will track that little little guy down and make things right.
Please message us by clicking on "Get in touch" in the top right hand corner letting us know what product is missing and we'll get back to you within 24 hours!
My tracking info hasn't updated. Where's my Krate?
If your tracking info hasn't updated in 3 business days, please click on "Get in touch" in the top right hand corner and we will get back to you within 24 hours.
My tracking info says my Krate was delivered, but I never received it. Where's my Krate?
Sometimes shipping carriers like to play hide and seek! If you live in a house, we recommend checking behind bushes or in your backyard. Occasionally, Krates do get misdelivered to a neighbor. We don’t encourage you to search their bushes, however if you could ask if they have accidentally received your Krate it would be greatly appreciated!
If it has been 48 hours and you still can’t find your Krate, please reach out to us by clicking on "Get in touch" in the top right hand corner, or email us at support@ketokrate.com.
In your email include your shipping address so we can verify that we have the correct shipping address on file.
We'll get back to you within 24 business hours!
How do I manage my subscription?
Skip Individual Months
Do you want to skip a shipment or two? Follow the steps below:
Step 1
Log into your customer portal via the link here.
Step 2
Once logged in, you'll see the history of your account. Click on "Delivery Schedule".
Step 3
You can now skip whichever upcoming month(s) you like. Once you skip a renewal, you can also un-skip as long as the re-bill date hasn't hit yet.
The re-bill date is shown on each upcoming order.
Log Into My Account?
You can log into your account to manage the following:
- Billing information
- Update your shipping address
- Skip future months
- Change shipping frequency
We do not require you to set up your account during your KetoKrate sign up so you'll set your password the first time you login. The email field can be picky when it comes to case sensitivity so if's not recognizing your email when you try to login, please email support@ketokrate.com for assistance.
Click here to be taken to the login screen and where you can enter your email address and password.
I Forgot My Password
Whoops! It happens to all of us (*shrug emoji*)
1. Head to our login page and select “Forgot your password?
2. Enter your email address and select “submit.”
3. Instructions will be sent to your inbox before you can say “Bacon!”
Please note that the email entry field can be picky when it comes to case sensitivity so it's not recognizing your email address, please use the "Contact Us" button in the upper right corner of this page to reach out to our support team for assistance.
Change my shipping address?
Simply follow these instructions:
1. Log into your account with your username and password. If you forgot your password you can recover it here
2. Once logged in, you should see your portal that looks similar to the photo below. You will see all your shipments for your subscription listed in chronological order. Next, click on "Manage Subscriptions".
3. Click on the Shipping Address Box. Once you click on it, you will have the option to change your "Shipping Address" or your "Billing Address".
As long as your address is updated prior to the 3rd of the month it will be applied to that months shipment. If you need to update your address after your subscription has renewed please email support@ketokrate.com for assistance to have your Keto Krate rerouted to your new address.
Reactivate My Subscription
You can reactivate your subscription at any time after it has been cancelled.
Step 1
Log into your account by clicking here
Step 2
Click on "Reactivate"
Step 3
Click on the new "Reactivate" button that appears
Step 4
Click on "Delivery Schedule" to see when your next shipment will be. You are also able to skip whatever months you would like from this area as explained in this article here.
Cancel My Subscription?
Sorry if we let you down! Before you go, we want to let you know that we've added new features to help you easily manage your subscription:
Skip Monthly Renewals
You can now Skip Monthly Renewals on any future month you like. A great solution if you:
1. Are looking to save money over the next couple months
2. Are going on vacation (we are jelly!)
3. Have too many snacks leftover from previous months
Just Click Here and follow the three step process to log into your account and manage your renewals.
Don't Lose Access to Our Member Only Store!!
One last thing — Access to theMembers' Only KetoShop™where you can purchase past products that you've had in your KetoKrate. US shipping is FREE for as many or as little products as you want. However, this is only available to KetoKrate subscribers. If you haven't checked out the store yet, you can access it by clicking HERE and entering the password emailed to Members! **Even if you skip a month, our update your frequency, as an active subscriber you still have access!
Still Want to Cancel?
We'll be sad to see you go, but we understand that even the best things come to an end. Please follow the 3 easy steps below:
Step 1
Log into your Customer Portal.
Note: If you are signing in for the first time, please be sure to Activate Your Account using the link sent via email in order to access your Customer Portal. If you can not locate the email, or if you have any trouble logging into your account please contact us at by clicking "Get in touch" in the top right hand corner.
Step 2
Click on the "Subscriptions" option from the upper menu. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and then "Cancel My Subscription".
*You will be able to reactivate your subscription at anytime by going through the same steps and simply clicking the link that says "Re-activate".
Step 3
You will be brought to a short survey to help us improve our service in the future.
Please click on the button that best describes your reason for cancelling.
Depending on the reason for cancelling, you will be offered the opportunity to adjust your account. You will also have the opportunity to provide feedback. Once the cancellation is complete you will be brought to the screen below:
You will also receive an email confirmation for your record.
**Please note that if you do not complete the cancellation through the link your subscription will remain active and renew on the next scheduled renewal date. If you have any trouble cancelling through the above link, make sure to let us know. If you can take a screenshot it is greatly appreciated!
***All changes to your subscription must occur before 11:00pm EST on the 2nd of the month to take effect for that month's KetoKrate (example: before 11:00pm EST on December 2nd to take effect for the December Krate)

Update my credit card and/or billing information *PayPal Specific
PayPal is a 3rd party payment processing system so all adjustments will need to be made directly on their platform
Step 1
Log into your account here - Please note this link will redirect you to the PayPal.com login site.
Step 2
From here you will want to click on the widget in the top right as highlighted in the below screenshot.

From the payment tab, you will want to click on "manage automatic payments"
Step 4
Search for KetoKrate. Once you are in the KetoKrate details you will have the option to update your payment method!

Update my credit card number and/or billing information
Step 1
Log into your account here

Click on "Billing" in the Top Menu
Step 3
Click on Either the Card Information Field or Billing Address Field to update either. "Billing Information"
Step 4
Fill out the updated information in the window that pops up, and click the "Update button to Finalize the changes.
** Please note that if PayPal is your chosen payment method updates will need to be made directly through the PayPal platform. For more information see the article Update my credit card and/or billing information *PayPal Specific
Change Your Subscription Frequency
Too many snacks on hand? Or just trying to save some extra coins? No worries — we've got ya!
It's easy to change the frequency of your subscription. Just follow the steps below:
Step 1
Log into your customer portal.
Step 2
Navigate to the "Subscriptions" tab and click on "Manage Subscription" for the subscription you are trying to change the renewal date on.
Step 3
Confirm your preferred next ship date. If you would like to skip the upcoming order, click on "Skip Shipment"
** Note that if the frequency is updated prior to the next shipment being skipped your account will renew as pictured in the image below.
Step 4
Now to update the frequency, click on "Deliver Every." This will prompt the option to select renewal on a 2 or 3 month basis. Select how often you would like to receive your goodies.
Step 5
Click on "Delivery Schedule" to confirm when your next renewal is set for!

How does billing work?
How does billing work?
For a month-to-month subscription, you will be charged $49.99 each month unless you cancel before your rebill date. Your upcoming rebill dates can be found in your member portal.
For Pre-Pay and Save options, you will be charged at the regular price for another term at the end of the existing one. For example, if you have a 6-month subscription, you will be charged at the regular price for another 6 months at the end of that term.
I just joined, when will I be billed again?
Thanks for joining the Keto Krate family! Rebilling for our subscribers occurs on the 3rd of each month. You will not be billed again until the 3rd of the month AFTER you receive your first Krate.
How does gifting work?
Do I need to cancel my gift subscription?
Nope! Gifts are one-time purchases and they don’t renew.
What will my gift recipient receive?
Each gift we send out has a gift card included in the first shipment. When you are checking out you will be prompted to provide the following information that will be on the gift card:
- Gift recipient
- Gift message
- Gift sender

How much money can I make?
KetoKrate will pay you commissions for each person that signs up for our service using your unique discount code or link. There are no caps to what you can earn with us and we also don’t have minimums for payouts either!
We also will periodically offer higher payouts per sign up for special promotions.
How do I promote?
We want you to create content that will resonate with your audience and no one knows them better than you! We will be sending you a monthly Krate that you can use for unboxings or any other type of creative content that helps you convey why you think Keto Krate is a must have for someone with a Keto or Low Carb lifestyle. That being said, the Affiliate Program Manager will also provide you with some key talking points to help you promote our product and will always be happy to share best practices, brainstorm with you, and leverage our amazing in house content team to help you develop any creative ideas you might need help executing.
What does “30 day cookie duration” mean?
Your unique link has a 30 day attribution window. This means that if someone clicks on your link, doesn’t sign up right away, but then signs up within 30 days through any other channel (social, paid ad, typing in KetoKrate on Google, etc.) that you will still get commissions for that signup.
How do I sign up?
If you’d like to join our program, click here to fill out an application. If we feel that you would be a great fit for our program, we will contact you to begin the onboarding process.
What happens after I’m approved?
Once approved, we will send you a link to your unique portal. This portal is where you can track your commissions, see what campaigns we’re currently running, download creative assets to help with your promotion, and grab your unique link and code to share with your audience. Depending on when you’re approved, we will send you the Krate for the current month so you can start promoting right away or get you set up for the following month.
When and how do I get paid?
We issue payments through PayPal at the beginning of every month for all of your commissions earned the month before.

I want to include a product in KetoKrate
Can I include a product in KetoKrate?
We're always looking for new products to consider for our monthly Krates!
To make sure you're aware, all products featured in KetoKrate must:
a) Be a food/snack type product
b) Contain 5g or less of net carbs (carbs minus fiber and sugar alcohols) per serving
c) Be free of maltitol, aspartame, and gluten
d) Have minimal soy and sucralose
e) Are shelf stable. - **If your product is not shelf stable there may still be able to work together but note we can only include shelf stable products in our Krates.

We do not currently offer phone support. We're a small team and e-mail support allows us to be flexible and responsive! Please allow up to 24 hours for a response but in most cases we'll respond within a few hours.
